If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, please follow instructions for repair or replacement.
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of the date of shipment order, and your claim will be processed immediately.
Lost items please contact me by email info@sandysstuffnsuch.com, or phone 1-250-590-9545, most carriers require a 10 day waiting period before they will accept a tracer request.
